Singer Rihanna was recently spotted in Seoul, South Korea promoting her Rated R album wearing a pink tulle skirt by Issac Mizrahi, a black Alexandre Vauthier shoulder padded blazer and black Giuseppe Zanotti ankle booties, this look is kind of odd but it looks great together that's why I'm totally lovin' it.
